Neiner? Weiner?

DSC04791

Is the spelling intentional?

The sausage known as “wiener” derives its name from wiener wurst, or Viennese sausage. In German, “wein” means “wine”. “Nein” means “no”.  So “no no wine(er)”?

In American English, does anyone have any doubt about the linguistic significance of “neener neener neener!!!”?
